Requirements\n

• TNCC Certification
\n
• CRASE training if assignment exceeds 6 months

• ACLS Certification
\n
• Current RN license in State of Oregon

• Peri-op 101 (preferred)

• BLS Certification
\n
• CNOR (preferred)
\n
• PALS Certification
\n
