Clinical Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and complex orthopedic trauma conditions
• Perform surgical procedures, including fracture fixation, joint reconstruction, and other trauma-related surgeries
• Develop and implement personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Collaborate with trauma teams, emergency physicians, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated patient care
• Provide post-operative care and follow-up to optimize recovery outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR)
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

✅ Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma preferred
• Active medical license in Florida
• Proven experience managing complex orthopedic trauma cases
• Strong surgical, diagnostic, and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
