RVU based compensation; make well into the $300s depending on number of patients seen (12 patients is the minimum)
Possibility of additional Medical Director stipend of $15k+ per year
Typically cover one facility per day

Lots of autonomy: M-F schedule with ability to leave once patients are seen and responsibilities finished, typically well before 5:00pm.
