Job Details:

• Work 36 patient-facing hours per week with excellent work-life balance
• Practice in a collaborative, collegial environment with care-team model support
• Potential to empanel patients quickly with clinical MA support for in-basket tasks
• Provide world-class primary care in a family-oriented and growing community
• Access to specialists across the entire healthcare network
• Share phone-only call regionally with minimal weekend coverage expected
• Work alongside a diverse team of nearly 1,900 physicians across the network
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Colorado medical license required or willingness to obtain
• DEA license must be obtained prior to start
• Clean malpractice history highly preferred
• Visa candidates cannot be accepted
• Locum and locum-to-perm candidates not accepted
• Recent NPDB Self Query Report required within 30 days
