**Join Our Dynamic Labor and Delivery Team!**\n\n**Job Description:**\n\n- Exciting opportunity for a dedicated RN in Labor and Delivery.\n- Shift: Days (7 AM - 7 PM)\n- Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend\n- Patient Ratio: 1:1, 1:2, or as assigned to OBED \n\n**Key Responsibilities:**\n\n- Lead with confidence as a competent nurse in a dynamic clinical setting.\n- Provide comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process:\n - Assessment\n - Diagnosis\n - Planning\n - Intervention\n - Evaluation\n- Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.\n- Administer medications and treatments following protocols; monitor for side effects and effectiveness.\n- Thoroughly document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.\n- Assess learning needs and educate patients, family members, and caregivers.\n\n**Qualifications:**\n\n- Education:\n - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred)\n- Experience:\n - 1 year of experience in related nursing specialty (preferred)\n- Licenses/Certifications:\n - RN License in Texas or compact\n - Current BLS certification (AHA only)\n - Current ACLS certification (AHA only)\n - Current NRP certification\n - C-EFM certification or AWHONN Intermediate FHM course completion\n\n**Position Requirements:**\n\n- All newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days.\n- New hires will be precepted by a trained staff member; onboarding requirements include successful completion of designated competencies.\n- Completion of all annual competency verification requirements.\n- Experience in a Perinatal RN Residency or recent practice in a Perinatal Setting preferred.\n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
