Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse ICU – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: July 6, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), with option of 36 or 48 hours per week. Weekend coverage required (6 weekend shifts per schedule period). Patient ratios 1:2.

• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Flexible scheduling with 36 or 48-hour weekly options
• Pending New Mexico or Compact state license accepted (must be obtained prior to start date)
• 24-hour onsite orientation with additional module training provided

Requirements:

• Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required; NIHSS preferred
• Experience with 1:2 patient ratios in intensive care settings
• Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, arterial line management, central line care, vasoactive drip titration, and dysrhythmia management
• Willingness to float to medical-surgical, stepdown, PCU, emergency department, or CVICU as needed (capped at 4 patients maximum while floating)
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
