\n Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS or RAD)\n

Schedule

\n

\n
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
\n
• May assist with on-call coverage for peripheral cases at the Heart Center as needed.
\n

\n

Location Requirement

\n

\n
• Candidate must reside within 50 miles of the facility.
\n

Required Credentials\n

\n
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or RAD (Registered Radiologic Technologist)
\n
• BLS certification
\n
• ACLS certification
\n

Required Experience\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology (EP) experience
\n
• Experience scrubbing and monitoring:\n
  \n
  • Diagnostic coronary procedures
  \n
  • Interventional coronary procedures
  \n
  • Peripheral vascular procedures
  \n
\n
• Must be able to scrub and pan for peripheral and diagnostic studies.
\n
• Experience in additional specialties is a plus.
\n

Responsibilities\n

• Support patients undergoing:\n
  \n
  • Invasive diagnostic cardiac procedures
  \n
  • Vascular testing
  \n
  • Interventional procedures
  \n
\n
• Perform:\n
  \n
  • Scrub duties
  \n
  • Hemodynamic monitoring
  \n
  • Operation of catheterization and radiology imaging equipment
  \n
\n
• Work effectively in a multidisciplinary Cath Lab environment.
\n

Education\n
