Practice in modern, state-of-the-art health centers offering integrated care across medical, women’s health, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, chiropractic, optometry, and specialty services.

All sites operate under a Patient-Centered Medical Home model, ensuring coordinated, high-quality care for underserved populations across California’s Central Valley.

• 100% outpatient primary care
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Option for 4/10 schedule or part-time flexibility
• Light call: 1 week per quarter (from home)
• EMR: NextGen
• Open to 1099 per-encounter compensation model
• Visa support available (H1B & J-1 accepted)
• 2026 residents encouraged to apply

• Competitive salary: $255,000 – $300,000 (with rural stipends where applicable)
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
