\nOccupational Therapist - Occupational Therapy
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
\n• Specialization in lymphedema treatment
\n• Perform initial patient evaluations including administering appropriate tests and measures
\n• Identify impairments and functional limitations in patients
\n• Establish treatment plans in conjunction with patients and caregivers
\n• Select and administer treatment strategies based on physician orders
\n• Monitor functional improvement and goal attainment on regular basis
\n• Update treatment plans and goals per department standards
\n• Complete documentation following department standards and timeframes
\n• Ensure documentation reflects skilled intervention and supports therapeutic interventions
\n• Maintain productivity standards and complete job duties efficiently
\n• Use non-productive time to benefit the department
\n• Comply with applicable rules and regulations for home health care
\n• Demonstrate compliance with documentation and National Patient Safety Standards
\n• Participate actively in department performance improvement activities
\n• Demonstrate responsible utilization of resources for each patient
