Practice Details
Inpatient behavioral health setting
Adolescent-focused caseload
Average daily census: 15–20 patients
Structured rounding, admissions, and discharge coordination
Collaborative team including physicians, APPs, nursing, and therapists
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive inpatient psychiatric care to adolescents
Conduct daily rounding, admissions, and discharge planning
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
Collaborate with medical and behavioral health staff to ensure high-quality outcomes
Contribute to patient-centered care planning and program development
Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
Active California license or ability to obtain
Eligible for hospital credentialing
