- Competitive Pay: Base pay ranges from $26 - $30 per hour, depending on experience. Additional pay includes:
- 2nd shift differential: $3.00/hour

- Pay in lieu of benefits: $3.00/hour

As an LPN at Trinity Elms HR, you will play a crucial role in providing care to residents under the supervision of their attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately.
- Maintaining security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
- Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments.
- Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment.
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program or college.
- Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
- CPR certification or willingness to complete it.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience as an LPN.
- Physical exertion involving pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching.
- Assisting in repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.
