The Weiner Agency, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of working on a full-time or part-time basis. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' insurance requirements
- Present and explain insurance policies to potential clients
- NO COLD CALLING
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- At least 18 years old
- 100% commission
