Description

Our Manager in Training position in Campbell, California is an excellent opportunity to help our customers grow successful gardens while you grow your professional career. Expand your customer service skills as you provide our customers with expert garden advice and unparalleled merchandise and selection, as we strive to be our community's Trusted Garden Advisors. In doing so, you'll work closely with our store management, associates, growers, and vendors.

What SummerWinds Expects from You:

• Provide outstanding customer service while you work smart, hard and have fun along the way
• Manage store openings and closings as scheduled
• Participate in training to increase your gardening product knowledge and communication skills
• A daytoday desire to continually train your store associates to improve their knowledge-base and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, sit and/or walk for long periods of timethroughout the entire day - both indoors and out
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Work fulltime and at least one Saturday or Sunday each week, in addition to working holidays (with the exception of New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Practice a safe work environment
