Janitor

Description

We are currently seeking a part-time Janitor for our Burlington Life Choices Program. As a Maintenance worker you will maintain and constantly strive to upgrade the physical condition of the program.

SHIFTS
10 Hours per week. Monday – Friday, 2 hours each day with a start time of  3:00pm.

RATE OF PAY
$12.00/hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs general maintenance
• Replaces light bulbs
• Cleans bathrooms, kitchens and office areas of debris/litter
• Cleans and sweeps floors
• Assists as needed to perform light plumbing tasks; unclogs drains and toilets, repairs leaky faucets

Qualifications

• High school graduate and/or formal training or experience in related field
• Has knowledge of maintenance procedures or experience in related field
• Acceptable CORI report and clear fingerprint results required
