Description
Location: Westborough, MA - Oak Street Outpatient Treatment Program
Schedule: 32 hours a week. Monday 5:15 am - 1:45pm and Tuesday - Saturday 5:15 am - 10:00 am
Pay Rate: $20.15/hour

The Program Safety Guide is responsible for:
- Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for patients who come to the campus to be admitted.
- Greeting patients, customer service, monitoring patient and staff safety, communicating with patients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides patients in and out of the program safely.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior experience working in customer service, security, and/or with individuals with substance use disorders.
- Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required
