Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist; outpatient setting preferred
• Ability to complete onboarding requirements: background checks, health screenings, and skills checklists
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills; experience with outpatient EMR a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized patient care for outpatient rehabilitation and orthopedic cases
• Evaluate patients, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to improve functional outcomes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (PT, OT, physicians, and support staff) to ensure coordinated care
• Document patient progress in the medical record and adjust care plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management
