Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active DC Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting, per client requirement.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience with SNF documentation, skilled assessments, and discharge planning preferred.

- Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
- Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
