Job Title: Extruder Operator

Rate of Pay: $27.00hrw/ $1.00hrshift differential for Nights

Shift: 2/2/3 Schedule

• Days Shift: 7:40 AM to 8:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:40 PM to 8:00 AM

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The primaryobjectiveof this position is to manage and safelyoperateall Foam Extruder, Resin Silo unloading and Quality Control requirements.

This position will efficientlyoperateand perform tasks on the Russellville XPS Foam Plant's Extruder, tasks include but are not limited to:

• product changeovers

• maintaining process within targets

• performing inspections and CILT's

• reporting out performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Foam Extruder Operations:

• Be able tooperatefeed system equipment and perform all associated tasks.

• Be able to complete paperwork requirements and perform all associated tasks.

• Be able tooperateextrusion HMI systems and perform all associated tasks.

• Be able tooperateextrusion equipment and perform all associated tasks.

• Be able tooperateslinky/conveyor/tunnel equipment and perform all associated tasks.

• Be able tooperateemergency stops and perform all associated tasks.

Resin Silo Unloading:

• Be able to understand silo and surge bin hookup diagram.

• Be able to understand resin silo manifold.

• Be able properly direct and verify resin unloading hookup.

Quality Control Operations:

• Be able tooperateboard sampling equipment and perform all associated tasks.

• Be able tooperateboard testing equipment and perform all associated tasks.

• Be able tooperateresin testing equipment and perform all associated tasks.

• Be able to complete paperwork/data entry requirements and perform all associated tasks.

• Be able tooperatequality control HMI systems and perform all associated tasks.

• Be able tooperatelab bar coder equipment and perform all associated tasks.

All other duties as may be assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Proficient in extrusion or similar processes

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Must be efficient with computers and all Microsoft Suite programs.

• Must have proficient experiencewith SAP computer maintenance management system.

• Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to follow through.

• Navigate HMI System (on hill).

• Navigate lab testing computer programs

• Ability to travel as needed.
