Insulation Installer

Now Hiring: Insulation Installers/Drivers – Santa Fe Springs
Pay: $21 | Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday | Start Time: 5:30 AM

We're currently seeking motivated Insulation Installers/Drivers for our establish company based in Santa Fe Springs.

What You'll Do:

• Install insulation in attics, crawlspaces, and other tight areas
• Occasionally assist with window and door installations
• Use power tools and hand tools to complete jobs
• Drive a company vehicle to various job sites
• Keep work areas clean and safe after installations
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in insulation installation and general construction
• Valid CA Driver’s License
• Clean driving record (DMV printout required)
• Bilingual
• Comfortable working early mornings and overtime
• Must own steel-toe or work boots
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to pass a drug screening and background check
• Open to occasional Saturday work and general labor tasks

Job Type:

• Full-Time
• $20.00 - $23.00 per hour DOE
• Overtime available

Schedule Options:

• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Monday through Friday
• Day shift
• Overtime as needed
