Job Overview
We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our modern, fully digital dental practice. This role focuses on delivering exceptional clinical care while creating a warm, hospitality-driven patient experience in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Location: Casper, WY
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time or Flexible Part-Time
Pay: $45–$50/hour + Uncapped Hygiene Incentives
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000 (Relocation bonus possible)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general and periodontal cleanings and screenings
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations
- Collaborate with dentists to deliver high-quality patient care
- Create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient
- Participate in paid training and ongoing continuing education
Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (New grads welcome)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Passion for patient care and professional growth
