Summer House Painter

About the Role
College Works Painting is hiring motivated individuals to join our residential painting team for the summer. You’ll be working on exterior painting and staining projects (homes, decks, fences, garages, etc.) in a team-based environment. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you’ll gain real work experience, develop skills, and be part of a fast-paced crew. No prior experience is required — all painters are trained through our partnership with Sherwin-Williams and supported by an experienced crew leader.

Position Details

• $17–$22+ per hour with performance-based incentives
• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• Monday–Thursday daytime schedule (long weekends)
• Outdoor team environment
• No experience required — training provided
