Schmitt Woodland Hills is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team across all shifts (day, evening, and night).

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Required)


This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Available Schedules

  • Day (AM): 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Evening (PM): 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Night (NOC): 10:00 PM Overnight shifts available

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $17.36 – $24.40 per hour (based on experience and shift)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care to residents
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
  • Monitor residents and report changes in health or behavior to nursing staff
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
  • Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support individualized care plans
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide emotional support
  • Ensure a calm and supportive environment, especially during evening and overnight hours


Qualifications

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Required)
  • Eligible to work as a CNA in Wisconsin
  • Ability to commute to Richland Center, WI 53581 (Required)
  • Willingness to relocate before starting (Required)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused mindset
