Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000 per year (based on experience & performance)
A growing and well-established automotive group is seeking a proven Parts Manager to lead operations at one of our dealership locations. This is a leadership role for someone who understands how to drive performance, control inventory, and build a strong team culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of parts department operations
Maintain proper inventory levels, turns, and obsolescence controls
Partner with service and sales departments to maximize efficiency
Recruit, train, and develop parts team members
Monitor KPIs, profitability, and departmental performance
Ensure a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction
Minimum 2+ years automotive parts management or assistant parts manager experience
OEM dealership experience required
Proven track record of managing inventory and controlling obsolescence
Experience leading and developing a team
Strong understanding of parts department KPIs and profitability
Domestic brand experience (GM, CDJR, Ford, etc.)
Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.)
