This position provides academic and administrative support in the Science and Mathematics Academic Labs, with the goal of supporting student learning and success. This includes providing skilled and effective tutoring and guidance for students, supervision of other tutors, and operational assistance as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Science or a related field. 

Ability to interact effectively with students, faculty and staff. 

Excellent communication skills, including listening skills. 

Demonstrated ability to perform duties under one’s own initiative and with limited supervision.

Experience teaching and/or tutoring college level math or math intensive subjects. 

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
