Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking a full-time Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at our luxury association, The Perla, located in Los Angles, CA
Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Compensation: $31
The Front Desk Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This role involves supervising front desk staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring efficient property operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for residents, guests, and clients.

Schedule: 5 Days Per Week; 6:30 AM- 3:00 PM (Weekends Required) Compensation: $28.00- $31.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience) The Front Desk Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This role involves supervising front desk staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring efficient property operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for residents, guests, and clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Leadership and Supervision
Customer Service
Operations Management
- Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards at the front desk.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless property operations.
- Manage and track front desk supplies and ensure the area is organized and well-maintained.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports related to front desk activities.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly operational reports for the General Manager.
- Manage key distribution and ensure proper security protocols are followed.
- Act as a liaison between the front desk team and management.
- Participate in staff meetings and provide feedback and updates on front desk operations.
