CCMA or Experienced MA

We have a few medical assistant openings for CCMAs or experienced MAs. The positions are responsible for obtaining patient records and test results, coordinating daily administrative tasks, preparing treatment rooms for examinations, and assisting our providers.

Provide patients with excellent care; record and report chief complaints; check vital signs; input information into the EMR for physicians; perform tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering telephones, demonstrating equipment use, preparing examination rooms, and focusing on patient comfort. Monitor patients' responses to treatment and report any unusual conditions to the physician.

Monday through Friday, regular business hours; no nights, weekends, or holidays.

DOE $20-24

Responsibilities:

• Assist in patient care
• Provides direct care to patients, including assisting with procedures
• Performs exam preparation
• Vitals
• Rooming patient
• Assists with obtaining information for patient care
• Chart prep
• Prior authorizations
• Lab reports
• Clean and stocked rooms
• Prescription refills

Additional Task:

• Assist with referrals and other documentation requirements
• Assist with exams
• Patient triage calls
• Assist the clinical manager as needed.

Must be able to multitask, detail-oriented, dependable, great with computers, professional, and a team player.

Must pass criminal background checks, drug screen, and current reference checks. Must be at least 18 to apply.
