Quality Control Manager

American Facility Services is seeking a responsible, dependable custodian to step into a Custodian Quality Control Manager role. This position is well suited for someone with hands on custodial experience who is accountable, organized, and comfortable managing quality and supplies across multiple locations.

Pay, Schedule & Travel

• Starting pay: $14 per hour, based on experience
• Hours may vary from day to day depending on operational needs
• Own vehicle required
• Gas allowance provided

What You’ll Do as a Quality Control Manager

• Inspect buildings to ensure cleaning is completed properly
• Be accountable for quality, follow up, and reporting issues
• Help cover cleaning duties when staff are absent
• Travel between multiple locations as needed
• Support and guide custodial staff
• Manage, distribute, and deliver cleaning supplies and equipment to other locations
• Track inventory and ensure all sites are properly stocked
• Perform regular cleaning and floor care tasks as required

Driving Requirement

• Must be able to drive between locations to deliver supplies and perform every day tasks
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required
