Housekeepers are responsible for ensuring that the Environmental Services standards of customer service align with our organizational Values of Excellence, Partnership, Integrity, and Compassion by acting as a liaison between the Hospital and the patients, the general public, and the medical community. They are primarily responsible for providing quick and efficient service to customers. Excellent customer service skills are crucial in this role. Must be able to use email and use an internet-based education system. Must have the ability to work with people in a pro-active and constructive manner.
Housekeepers are responsible for patient laundry and cleaning of designated hospital areas. They perform duties to maintain, upkeep, clean, and secure hospital facilities and Clinics. Perform scheduled and non-scheduled tasks upon request and self-observation. Experience in Housekeeping and Custodial capacity preferred. Ability to operate janitorial equipment. Responsible for patient laundry and cleaning of designated hospital areas. Must be able to read and follow written instructions and possess a valid driver's license and insurance.
