Pay:
- Starting at $17/hr+

Shift Availability:
- Full-Time Availability
- Must have Saturday availability
- Open availability preferred; evening availability only is acceptable
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support team members to ensure strong performance
- Maintain positive working relationships and provide clear direction and feedback
- Partner with leadership to train and track new team member development
- Drive high customer service standards and guest satisfaction
- Ensure completion of shift tasks, including opening and closing responsibilities
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards
- Demonstrate knowledge across both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous leadership experience preferred, especially in customer service or restaurant environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
