Shift Availability:

  • Full-Time Availability
  • Must have Saturday availability
  • Open availability preferred; evening availability only is acceptable

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support team members to ensure strong performance
  • Maintain positive working relationships and provide clear direction and feedback
  • Partner with leadership to train and track new team member development
  • Drive high customer service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure completion of shift tasks, including opening and closing responsibilities
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards
  • Demonstrate knowledge across both front-of-house and back-of-house operations

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous leadership experience preferred, especially in customer service or restaurant environments
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
