Lunchroom/Recess Associate - Woodland Hills Elementary

Working Conditions:

Associates work inside and outside the assigned building throughout the school year. Recess duty will be outside on a daily basis unless the temperature drops below 5 degrees farenheit. 

Position Criteria:

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred

Performance Responsibilities:

• To supervise students in lunchroom and/or recess
• Follow building and district expectations/rules while supervising in the lunchroom and/or recess
• Communicate with other building staff in regards to student needs in these locations
• Implementation of PBIS (Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports) and Leader in Me Expectations-providing a positive role model for students
• Work well as a team member and is flexible with scheduling
• Positive interactions with staff and students
• Assist with other duties in the building
