Clean and sanitize public areas including restrooms, stairwells, floors, carpets, windows, walls, and furniture.
Maintain cleanliness of elevators, elevator tracks, luggage carts, and exterior/common areas.
Restock toiletries and maintain organized, well-supplied storage closets.
Complete daily custodial checklist and report maintenance or safety issues (e.g., leaks, lighting, broken glass).
Use and store cleaning chemicals properly; display appropriate safety signage (e.g., wet floor, closed restroom).
Maintain equipment by inspecting, operating, and cleaning machines, and reporting issues promptly.
Support facility cleanliness by maintaining employee areas and company vehicles.
Work rotating day/evening shifts, sometimes solo, and in various resort areas based on operational needs.
Assist housekeeping as needed and ensure entryways are free of snow, ice, or debris.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Promote a safe environment through proper procedures and communication.
Deliver courteous service to all guests and staff.
Contribute to team goals and overall resort presentation.
High School Diploma or GED
Have a valid Driver’s license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
