Custodian

• Clean and sanitize public areas including restrooms, stairwells, floors, carpets, windows, walls, and furniture.

• Maintain cleanliness of elevators, elevator tracks, luggage carts, and exterior/common areas.

• Restock toiletries and maintain organized, well-supplied storage closets.

• Complete daily custodial checklist and report maintenance or safety issues (e.g., leaks, lighting, broken glass).

• Use and store cleaning chemicals properly; display appropriate safety signage (e.g., wet floor, closed restroom).

• Maintain equipment by inspecting, operating, and cleaning machines, and reporting issues promptly.

• Support facility cleanliness by maintaining employee areas and company vehicles.

• Work rotating day/evening shifts, sometimes solo, and in various resort areas based on operational needs.

• Assist housekeeping as needed and ensure entryways are free of snow, ice, or debris.

• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Promote a safe environment through proper procedures and communication.

• Deliver courteous service to all guests and staff.

• Contribute to team goals and overall resort presentation.

• High School Diploma or GED

• Have a valid Driver’s license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
