Site Manager

1st Choice Urgent Care is seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Site Manager to lead daily operations at our Ann Arbor clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urgent care and occupational medicine, along with exceptional leadership and customer service skills. This role is essential in ensuring efficient clinic operations, high-quality patient care, and a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

• Lead, supervise, and support front and back office staff

• Ensure excellent patient experience and customer service standards are met

• Manage staffing schedules, coverage, and workflow

• Monitor clinic performance and implement process improvements

• Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards

• Support occupational medicine services and workflows

• Handle patient concerns and resolve issues professionally

• Train and onboard new employees

Qualifications:

• Required: Urgent Care experience

• Required: Occupational Medicine experience

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
