Community Support Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Job Summary TeamBuilders Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Community Support Specialist (CSS) to join our team in Clayton, NM. In this role, you will provide direct, community-based support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, helping them build skills, access resources, and improve their overall quality of life.
