Student Worker- Part-Time/Summer

Primary Purpose

Provide general support to campus or district staff by assisting with, maintenance, and operational tasks during summer or part-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must be a current high school student
• Ability to follow directions and work cooperatively with staff
• Basic communication and organizational skills

Major Responsibilities and Duties

• Support campus or department staff with assigned projects
• Perform light cleaning, setup, or moving of materials and supplies
• Perform maintenance related work such as painting, debris removal, and cleaning
• Help prepare classrooms or work areas for the upcoming school year
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment
• Follow all district policies and procedures

Working Conditions

• May work indoors and outdoors
• May require light lifting and physical activity
• Work schedule determined by campus/department needs
