About The Role

The Jr Closer is responsible for preparing initial CD, COC, and other data entry points to assist closing team

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

•             Commitment to and behavior modeling of the Company’s Core Values

•             Observable display of a sense of urgency in the execution of duties

•             Precisely enter all required data

•             Audit file for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal guidelines.

•             Prepare Initial CD and ensure state guidelines are met, fees are accurate and fully compliant.

•             Prepare and release Change of Circumstance disclosures if needed

•             Post-closing duties include confirming recording/disbursement file, curing post-closing deficiencies, reconciling final         settlement statement and preparing post-closing CD, if needed

•             Regular on-site attendance

•             Other duties as assigned
