The Lunch Secretary, High School provides clerical and administrative support for the school lunch program and school office. This position maintains meal account records, processes financial transactions, assists students and families, and supports daily cafeteria and office operations.

Key Responsibilities- Assist parents and guardians with meal applications, payments, and account inquiries.
- Scan student lunch cards during meal service operations.
- Collect payments for breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
- Compile and prepare reports related to meal service and financial transactions.
- Coordinate daily lunch program activities including reconciliation of funds and participation records.
- Maintain manual and electronic records including receipts, balances, and meal counts.
- Oversee the lunch card system and ensure students have functioning cards.
- Process documents and distribute materials related to lunch services.
- Participate in department meetings and training sessions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
