Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Indian Trail, NC
Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! Compensation & Schedule:
Pay: $22 – $26/hour (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time or part-time
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
Location: Currently staffing cases in Indian Trail, NC (In-Home Services)

What You’ll Do as a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs):
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school
Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
Track and document client progress
Collaborate with families and team members
Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For:
Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
Experience with children or ABA therapy a plus (not required)
Ability to pass background check
Reliable transportation for local travel
