Position Title: Reservationist
Supervisor: Inn Director/Lead Reservationist
Employee Status: Seasonal, Part Time
Location: Onsite, Shelburne, VT
Start & End Date: April 26 -October 19, 2026 (required onboarding & training in late April and early May)
Salary Range: $17 - $19/hr
Work Schedule: AM and PM Shifts available (8AM - 3PM; 2PM - 7PM); Saturday and Sunday 10AM - 6PM

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
Answering phones and reservation emails
Assist guests with reservations
Using the Inn’s reservation system, ThinkReservations, to book Inn reservations
Build a thorough working knowledge of the rooms and cottages
Providing general information about the Inn and Farm to guests
Maintaining an ongoing phone messages log
Booking dinner and breakfast reservations for guests using Resy
Assisting with guest-related paperwork and filing

Tech Savvy: You are comfortable with shared file drives and G-Suite. You have experience with cloud-based property management systems, point-of-sale systems, and online restaurant reservation systems. You are a quick study with new programs and comfortable training others on how to use them.
Gracious: You are warm, friendly, and generous. You understand that the art of hospitality lies in creating a sense of welcome and belonging for the people with whom you interact.

Additional Valued Qualifications
● Hospitality and other relevant management experience preferred
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Seasonally demanding work schedule
Ability to be stationary for the majority of the 5-7 hour shift.
Indoor spaces lack conventional heating and cooling
