Starting Wage for this exempt position: $98,196.80-$135,033.60 annually
Position Summary
The Manager of Revenue Cycle is responsible for managing and coordinating Revenue Cycle functions, including but not limited to customer service, scheduling, patient financial advocacy, and integration of pre-service insurance verification and financial clearance. Position is expected to actively participate in the implementation and ongoing development of revenue cycle-related activities, collaboration with practice management and/or hospital service lines to operationalize new scheduling opportunities, and provide input into EPIC software maintenance. Position will also support the development of centralized pre-service activities, and price transparency per state and federal regulations.
Position Qualifications
Experience
- 7 years of progressively responsible experience providing knowledge of patient financial services operations is required
- Knowledge of scheduling, authorization, referrals, and experience managing accountabilities to key performance indicators is required
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in business, health care management, or a related field, or the equivalent in experience and education, is required
- A master's degree is preferred
Certification/Licensure
- Certification in coding is preferred
