Jack’s Maintenance Service is seeking a flexible, energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Elite Service Representative to help us shine! As an Elite Service Representative, we will depend on you for a variety of job duties. You will be responsible for leading your team to ensure customer satisfaction as well as performing custodial operations. (core job responsibilities including but not limited to): Completion of cleaning duties to company and customer standard Perform quality inspections of the entire building(s) to ensure standards are met Oversee and progressively train and develop employees Ensures all policies and procedures of the company are followed Monitor productivity and efficiencies of all employees Maintain cooperative working relationships and excellent communication with all personnel and management Other duties as assigned by leadership Qualified Elite Service Representative candidates should have prior custodial and/or leadership experience. Candidates must be able to: Effectively communicate with people, including account personnel, supervisors and other Jack’s Maintenance employees Provide ongoing coaching and training to their team member(s) Take ownership of their assigned building(s) and employees to provide the highest quality service Produce valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required Have flexibility with scheduling to include weekends Position contingent on the ability to pass an acceptable criminal background screening Jack’s Maintenance Service provides a great work environment with exciting career opportunities.
