As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their overall health and well-being. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff and healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Provide education and support to residents and their families on care and wellness

   

Requirements:

• Current  Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move residents as needed
