Caregiver Needed � Support a Gentle Soul on a Family Farm (Aaronsburg, PA)
Pay Rate: $19/hr

A loving family in Aaronsburg, PA is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support their adult son with personal care and daily living activities. He lives on the family farm, surrounded by the people and routines he knows best. Over the past year, his needs have increased, and while his father is doing everything he can to care for both him and his mother, the family now needs an extra set of steady, reliable hands.

This role is more than a job � it�s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a family�s daily life, offering support that brings comfort, dignity, and peace of mind.

Schedule Needed

• Monday�Friday: 5:00 PM � 8:00 PM
• Weekends: 11:00 AM � 2:00 PM (flexible)
• Approximately 2�3 hours per day

He attends the Adult Training Facility operated by Skills of Central PA four days a week and typically arrives home between 4:00�5:00 PM.

Signing Bonus Details

• $333 after 90 days (minimum 20 hours/week)
• $333 after 6 months (minimum 20 hours/week)
• $334 after 1 year (minimum 20 hours/week)

Note: Bonus not available for Residential Services or Relative as Provider (RAP) hires. Applicants must not have worked for Abound Health or its affiliates within the past 18 months.
