Additional Position Details: FTE: 0.900000 | Full Time | 3rd Shift - Nights

Salary Range: $53.99 - $77.79.

Shift Differentials:

• $2.50 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• $10.00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
• $2.50 extra for working weekends

Located in Medford, Oregon, Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center (ARRMC) is a 378-bed regional referral and trauma center featuring the latest medical technology and clinical expertise. The hospital team delivers nationally recognized heart and stroke care, orthopedic services, cancer care and diabetes care, as well as a comprehensive range of key services including neurology and neurosurgery, bariatric surgery, rehabilitation services, the region’s only neonatal intensive care unit, home care and hospice services, and the only hospital-based sleep center in Southern Oregon.

Within our Medical Surgical (aka “Med-Surg”) specialties at ARRMC, you will discover a variety of specialties including Cardiac, General Medicine, Post Surgical, Ortho Neuro, and Medical Oncology. With the strong support of our skilled CNAs and our average nurse staffing ratio is 1:4 or 1:5. As a Med Surg nurse, you will find a wide variety of diagnoses, along with complex disease and conditions, giving you broad experiences and exposures to new challenges.

Position Summary

A Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver responsible and accountable for their practice for assigned patient(s). Utilizing the nursing process, the RN delivers superb health care in a compassionate manner, is committed to excellence and empowered to streamline and improve operations.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, preferred

Experience

• RN experience in Med/Surg or equivalent experience, preferred
• Charge Nurse experience, preferred
• Cardiac rhythms experience, preferred

Licensure/Certifications

• RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
• BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
• CMSRN: Certified Medical Surgical RN is preferred
