Compensation: $30.76 – $41.50/hr (based on experience)
Differentials: +$4.75/hr (Nights) | +$3.00/hr (Weekends) | +$2.00/hr (National Certification)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)
Relocation: Up to $5,000 with approval

Overview

We are seeking a Progressive Care Trauma RN to join our team near Sarasota, FL. This position provides advanced nursing care to trauma step-down patients with complex medical and surgical needs. Nurses in this unit enjoy hands-on training, ICU cross-training opportunities, and career advancement in a supportive culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to progressive trauma patients.

• Perform frequent assessments, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation.

• Respond to changes in patient condition with strong critical thinking.

• Work collaboratively with physicians and allied health professionals.

• Participate in quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives.

• Current RN license (Florida or Compact).

• ADN/Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.

• BLS required; ACLS within 6 months.

• At least 1 year of RN experience (hospital, LTACH, rehab, or home health considered).
