Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time

Part Time Minimum Requirements:

Availability to work 15+ hours a week or at least three days a week

(Minors under 16 should reference Federal and State laws regarding eligible working hours and restrictions)

Full Time Minimum Requirements:

32-40 Hours a week

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Help create a welcoming environment for every guest
• Work collaboratively in a team while managing individual tasks
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A Spanish Village dress code and policies
• Multitask efficiently

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and stand for extended periods
