As our HVAC Lead Tech, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of clients by overseeing HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs with precision and care. An HVAC contractor's license is required. Your expertise will guide our team, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our service commitments. $30 - $40 hourly

• Lead and oversee HVAC installations, ensuring each project meets our high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, prioritizing efficiency and reliability to enhance client comfort.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service processes, driving innovation and excellence in every task.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates and expert advice to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring that all tools and materials are available for seamless operations.

• HVAC Contractor License.
• Experience in leading HVAC installations and ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
