What You’ll Do
As a Home Care RN, you'll oversee and support caregivers and ensure that our clients receive the high-quality personal care they deserve. Duties include:
- Develop and update individualized client care plans
- Conduct supervisory RN visits to assess condition and quality of services
- Provide hands-on caregiver training
- Ensure caregivers demonstrate competency with delegated tasks
- Reassess each client's needs and satisfaction every 90 days or as needed
- Document any changes in client condition and adjust care plans accordingly
- Maintain communication with clients and designated family member
- Reports to the Agency Director any condition which requires further attention in providing home care services
