Description:

Planning, development and implementation of the Quality Control Plan and system from production of windows through to final customer acceptance.
Oversee all policy standards to ensure they are implemented, practiced and maintained.
Maintain quality metrics and implement applicable corrective and preventive actions.
Provide strategic direction and guidance for the implementation and adherence of all quality programs internally and with material suppliers.
Provide technical support to plant management regarding process/product improvements.
Prepares product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
Completes quality assurance operational requirements and following up on work results.
Communicate any issues that may arise to the production and operations managers.
