Job Description
The Neurotechnologist position plays an essential role in the client’s experience. It requires the use of listening skills and demonstrating compassion, as well as a command of the technology’s use to ensure the highest level of outcomes. The position requires sound judgment, foresight and discretion in performing the assigned duties and responsibilities. As the starting point in this career path, the role is diverse to allow teammates to learn the full scope of our business. This may include assisting with the coordination of client recruitment, eligibility screening, pre-visit paperwork, educating the client, reviewing data, and follow-up activities related to Innercore Health quality control metrics. The individual must provide excellent customer service and willingness to guide clients through Innercore Health sessions in a timely and professional manner while maintaining proper documentation.
Requirements:1. Performs Innercore Health neurotechnology intervention sessions on clients (building client sessions/templates, running protocols, launching sessions, entering protocols, adjusting time, computer-savvy, etc.)
2. Participates in day-to-day Innercore Health office activities such as room set up and clean up, room/device calibration, re-stock supplies, team huddles, research documentation, create and upload reports, scheduling, etc.
3. Assists other team members in troubleshooting various problems related to the management of the clinic operations, or other applications, and with providing the Innercore Health intervention.
4. Maintains appropriate records as necessary. This includes charting the condition of the client, documenting and reviewing various aspects of the Innercore Health intervention provided.
5. Obtains and interprets pertinent data from records to understand past and present conditions of the clients (graphing, review of brain patterns), and shares information with team members, as needed, to provide the optimal intervention.
6. Provides input, and assistance as needed with day-to-day administrative and clerical duties such as creation of data forms, or the compilation and creation of reports and graphs, including presentation of the final results.
7. Assists in development of databases and/or data collection materials/forms for computerization utilizing several software packages (e.g. Cereset technology, Mindbody) to support the client experience.
8. Consults and works in collaboration with coordination centers, sponsors, and health professionals involved in the offering, or other uses of Innercore Health, as needed.
9. Lifelong learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced and cutting-edge environment.
10. Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional experience in a customer service or hospitality position or health/wellness industry.
- Proficient with basic PC software and operations.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Self-directed, responsible and effective communicator.
- Able to operate in complex, fast-paced environments and maintain calm and composure.
- Maintain client confidentiality, be discreet and respectful.
- Onsite role that requires being on their feet for the majority of the workday. Able to bend at the waist, bend at the knees, crouch and kneel for several minutes at a time.
- Possible evening or weekend availability.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
Experience in a medical and/or research setting is preferred, but passion and motivation are what is most important.

All necessary training will be provided via online modules and on the job.
