A Day in the Life:

You’ll tackle copyright, trademark, and domain name issues—performing clearance, prosecuting applications, leading policing efforts, and assisting with IP litigation. The role blends strategic advising with hands-on legal work for a diverse clientele.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of IP experience
• Admitted to the Illinois Bar
• Experience in trademark/copyright clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation
• Law school transcript required

Standout Skills:

• Expertise in IP disputes before federal courts or the USPTO
• Background in managing brand protection strategies for Fortune 500 clients
• Advanced skills in legal tech (e.g., IP analytics platforms)
• Mentorship experience or involvement in bar association IP committees
